There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are to the entire team at TJ & Steph Real Estate Group. We came to this team after a stressful and disheartening experience elsewhere, and from the very beginning, everything changed. What had started to feel overwhelming and discouraging became exciting, enjoyable, and unbelievably stress-free. We were treated with kindness, respect, patience, and understanding every step of the way, and never once did we question whether this team had our best interests at heart. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. We honestly felt like we didn’t need to worry about a thing because they were always one step ahead. They carefully reviewed the strata documents for potential red flags, took detailed notes during the inspection, and made sure anything that needed to be addressed was clearly included when subjects were removed. They looked after details we would never have thought of ourselves, and because of that, we always felt informed, protected, and confident in every decision we made. Something else that meant so much to us was the sense that we weren’t simply working with one realtor — we had an entire team behind us. Even though we didn’t personally deal with everyone on the team, they all took the time to congratulate us when our offer was accepted. That small gesture spoke volumes. Our purchase genuinely felt like something they were all happy to celebrate with us. And then there is Maggie. Maggie was our main realtor throughout this journey, and she was truly extraordinary. Her professionalism and knowledge were outstanding, but what we will remember most is her heart. She listened. She remembered. She understood what this move meant to us. We are 56 and 60, and I had told Maggie more than once that I never wanted to move again — this house was going to be our forever home. On possession day, the key handoff was absolutely flawless, and waiting for us was the most beautiful gift and card. When I read the words, “Welcome to your forever home,” I instantly knew it wasn’t something generic written in every card. Maggie had remembered. That simple sentence meant more to me than she will probably ever know, and the gift they left us is something we will cherish forever. Their care didn’t end when the keys were handed over either. They checked in afterward and made sure we knew that if we needed anything over the weekend, we could reach out. We did have a couple of silly little questions, and as always, they responded promptly and happily. When I sent them a photo of our new home all set up, they were all so quick to respond and share in our excitement. Now, sitting here in our new home, I am honestly in awe of just how flawless this entire experience was. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but this wasn’t. And that wasn’t luck — it was because we had an exceptional team taking care of us from beginning to end. TJ & Steph Real Estate Group didn’t simply help us buy a house. They restored our confidence in the process, protected our interests, celebrated alongside us, and helped make one of the biggest transitions of our lives feel exciting and special again. We will forever be grateful to the entire team, and especially to Maggie, for the kindness, dedication, professionalism, and genuine care they showed our family. TJ and his team were amazing.  They provided a detailed plan and offered excellent communication.  During our first meeting we were provided with the metrics surrounding selling price after which we settled on the a selling price.  The team very quickly set up 5 showings over  2 weeks. From the outset, TJ and his team came across as professional, knowledgeable and motivated to sell our house. The initial price we had in mind was very close to what was agreed upon. Throughout the listing process, we were always kept up to date with similar listings/values in our area and any time we wanted to discuss an aspect of interest to us, they were always on hand to answer any questions, talk through ideas etc. The quality of the media used for our listing really couldn't have been any better, using a variety of ideas to be creative and let the buyers mind wander. On a personal note, each member of the team from TJ down are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous, informed and perceptive, they really are an amazing team, more of a family in fact. Although it took longer than we anticipated for us to sell our house, due to the change in the market, we were never under any illusion that there was a waning interest in the selling of our property. Always on time with the updates, immediate response to any thoughts on a change in strategy and very objective in supporting us for the price point. We were pretty stressed about trying to navigate a new market from across the country, but this team made it seamless. Maggie was an absolute superstar from day one.
