This neighbourhood, located just east and southeast outside of Kelowna along Highway 33 on the way to Big White, has a variety of modern suburbs throughout the area. Black Mountain has a strong residential presence.
With Black Mountain Elementary in the neighbourhood and other schools only a short drive away, it is a popular neighbourhood for families. There are beautiful hiking and walking trails throughout the neighbourhood to explore. It is recommended to have a vehicle to complete errands, as the transit exists but there are not a lot of options yet.
